As the founder of Beauty Culture Salon and co-founder of Beauty Society, she is passionate about creating a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and support—where women uplift and inspire each other. Cristina specializes in blonding and curly/textured hair, bringing both artistry and expertise to every client she works with. Through Beauty Society, she is dedicated to building a community where beauty professionals can connect, grow, and thrive together.

Brittany Alsup - Owner Allure

Brit Elise is a licensed esthetician and brow artist from Kansas City, specializing in natural, timeless beauty with a focus on precision and intention. With expertise in brow lamination, freehand brow tinting, precision brow waxing, and lash lifts, Brit is committed to delivering personalized, high-quality services. After leaving the corporate world in 2021, she graduated from esthetics school in 2022 and has since built her business, Allure Artistry, into a six-figure success.
