Beauty Culture, operated by KC Beauty Co LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide when you request a salon consultation, including through a Google Ads lead form, and when we follow up about your request.

Information we collect

Our consultation form asks for your name, phone number, the service you are interested in, and when you would like an appointment. If you contact us afterward, we may also receive an email address and the information you choose to share about your hair goals, service preferences, or scheduling needs.

Please do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical information in a consultation request.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss suitable services, help you choose a stylist, provide consultation or appointment options, and manage related customer service. Submitting a consultation request does not book an appointment.

Providing your phone number through the consultation form allows us to call you about that request. It does not enroll you in recurring promotional texts, emails, or unrelated marketing calls. You can ask us to stop following up at any time. If you want salon news or promotional updates, you can sign up separately.

Who can receive your information

We share information with salon staff and the stylist or service professional who needs it to handle your request or appointment. We also use service providers to receive, store, and communicate about requests, such as Google’s lead-form services and our business communication systems. Information relevant to an appointment may be entered into our booking system when you choose to book.

We do not sell or rent consultation form submissions, license them to data brokers, or give them to other businesses for unrelated marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud, or respond to a safety concern.

Google forms and online booking

When you submit a Google Ads lead form, Google makes your responses available to Beauty Culture. Google also processes information under its own Privacy Policy.

Our booking page uses Vagaro. If you book online, Vagaro may request additional information for your account, appointment, or payment. Review the privacy notice provided within that service before submitting information.

This policy covers Beauty Culture’s handling of consultation information. It does not replace the privacy notices of Google, Vagaro, or other services you choose to use, and it is not a description of all cookies or tracking technologies on those services or our website.

Retention and protection

We retain consultation information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, manage related appointments, meet legal recordkeeping requirements, or resolve disputes. If you become a client, relevant information may become part of your appointment record.

We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop following up, correct information, provide information about the consultation details we hold, or delete your consultation information. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information before acting on it.

Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. Choosing not to submit the lead form does not prevent you from contacting the salon or booking directly.

Children’s information

Our consultation lead form is intended for adults. Parents or guardians arranging a service for a child should contact the salon directly and provide their own contact information. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the lead form, please contact us so we can review and address it.

Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change. We will publish the revised version with an updated date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
